Volunteer training day

Woollahra Sailing Club invites members & non members to join our volunteers training day 26th November 2022 10am - 2pm. Whether you are new to the roles of volunteering or experienced we look forward to upskilling and showing the various opportunities available engaging in community activities and events.

This event is free and lunch is provided. Please register so we have some idea of numbers and dietary requirements.

Christmas Party

On Sunday 4th December Santa will bring the Christmas Spirit to WSC along with a big club sausage sizzle and giant waterslide.

All WSC Members, their families and sailing school participants are invited to come along and join the celebration.

Event details

Sail Sydney

A massive fleet of local, national and international sailors is preparing to take on Sydney Harbour when Sail Sydney starts on the 15th of December 2022.

More than 400 competitors are expected to attend the event at Woollahra Sailing Club, with strong fleets in the Optimist, 29er, 49erFX, 49er, 420, 470, Techno, Windfoil, Finn, Laser std, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, Nacra 15, Nacra 17, and more.

We encourage all members who are able to enter to compete and invite any interested members to sign up and volunteer - this is the best way to get amongst the action and see some of Australia's best sailors in action.

School Holiday Camps

Woollahra Sailing Club's Sailing School is busier than ever and our School Holiday Camps are selling out once again for summer.

Our Junior and Teen Holiday Programs start on December 6th, with 3- and 4-day camps continuing until the 20th of January 2023. Our Junior camps are for ages 7+ and the Holiday Packages are suitable for sailors who are entering year 7 in 2023 and up.

Limited places are available - book now to avoid the waiting list! Week 2 is almost sold out - ONLY 5 Junior and 5 Teen places left.
