AGM Webinar meeting details

In order to attend the AGM you must register in advance. To ensure attendance please register before 5:00 pm Sunday September 11 2022.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Please note: In order to register you must provide your Australian Sailing Number, email address and name. Each registration must provide a unique email address and AS number. One email address represents one and only one attendance. If two people, from the same household, wish to attend you will need to register twice and attend using two different devices.
Some people have more than one AS number. The AS number you provide must be the one associated with Woollahra Sailing Club. If you use another AS number we may not be able to verify your membership.

Sunday 21 August 2022 Notice of election results
With the closure of the nomination process for Directors, I can advise we have received two (2) nominations for Director of WSC. They are (alphabetically):- Stan Bland
- Jay Harrison
As per the WSC constitution, 13.6 Transition (a) The terms of Elected Directors are to be staggered so that the term of two Elected Directors, as determined by a majority vote of the Board, expires at the 2016 AGM and at each subsequent AGM the terms of at least two Elected Directors expire.
The three directors whose term will expire at the end of this year's AGM are:- Kerry Fyfe
- Jay Harrison
- Suki Scade
- Stan Bland
- Jay Harrison

The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club advise the Annual General Meeting for 2022 will be held at 7pm on Monday September 12th 2022. The meeting will be conducted as a Zoom webinar.

Members will receive financial statements, notice of motions, nominations and proxy forms on August 21st, 2022. If you have any questions regarding the AGM or nominations, please do not hesitate to contact the office at [email protected]
Please note: In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members. "Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be Elected Directors and such Member must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months."
