Nominations Closed

Nominations have closed for board positions and motions to be presented at the AGM. On behalf of the Club Secretary and returning officer Sam Danieli (Club accountant), this is to advise that 3 nominations were received for the 3 vacant board director positions. Details of the 2 motions are included in the AGM.

The following members are elected to the WSC Board:

Matthew Moore, John Harris and Emilie Myers. They join current board directors Stan Bland and James Bevis. Our commodore Jay Harrison is stepping down after many years of great service to the club. Flag offices will be appointed after the AGM. Notice to Members of WSC AGM and Election

Dear Member,

The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club advises the 67th Annual General Meeting 2025 will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, 23 September, 2025. The meeting will be conducted at the Woollahra Sailing Club. Details of the AGM and election of directors are available on the Club's website. You can browse and download documents relating to the AGM below. These documents include:

Annual Report (when available)
2025 Financials
Election Notice
Minutes of last year's AGM
Director Nomination Form
Notice of Motion Form
Proxy Form

If you have any questions regarding the AGM or nominations, please do not hesitate to contact the office at [email protected]. Please note: In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members. Only an Ordinary Members is eligible to be an elected director and must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months. There are three vacant director positions
